Listening

1. 看N部动画，无中文字幕，英文字幕可以有，反复对着看，对着记，对着学，对着念。别瞧不起动画片，你要能口语听力达到Disney动画片标准，基本也达到半个native了。进阶可以学美剧，但是俚语太多，脏话太多，内涵句子太多，事实上工作中用到很少，不是非常推荐。

Reading

Writing

1. 根据自己的英文基础，提高词汇和语法。设想一些工作中可能遇到的对话，自己和自己对话，尝试写出来较为复杂一点的用法。很多句子如果写都写不出来，就不可能说得出来，写的顺利了，再开始练说。

Speaking

1. 找native speaker尬聊，学习他的用法，让他听你讲，如果可以和native speaker顺利尬聊，你讲的人家90%听懂，就会更有自信一些吧。
